We believe Costa Rica is slowly losing its Pura Vida essence. The boutique hotels that once made this country so special are no longer a sustainable model. To preserve that intimate, personalized experience, we’re creating boutique, high-touch villa developments across Costa Rica — offering the warmth and character of a boutique hotel, combined with the comfort, privacy, and service of a luxury home.

We oversee every stage of the development process—from land acquisition to on-site property management. We’re the developer, designer, builder, and operator all in one.
Some might call us control freaks, but our clients/investors appreciate that this level of involvement ensures exceptional quality at every step.
